At the age of 23, Motonya Major will reach a remarkable milestone by graduating from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on August 16. What makes this accomplishment extraordinary is that she managed to achieve her educational goals while having her twins by her side every step of the way.

Motonya Major shared her immense joy and sense of accomplishment on Facebook, reflecting on the obstacles she had to overcome. In 2017, the same year she began her studies at Nova Southeastern University, she discovered she was five months pregnant. It was a moment that almost led her to give up on her dreams, as she candidly admitted on her Facebook page, saying, “Honestly, I almost gave up! The devil really had me.” He went on to reveal that the journey had been arduous, stating that “Nothing would have prepared me for this journey that I’ve been through… The program started with 26 people and now only 17 of us will graduate.”

Motonya Major also opened up about the stress she endured when she found out she was pregnant. Her program director suggested that she postpone her studies in 2017 and return in 2018 to complete her degree. She knew it would be nearly impossible to finish her studies with two babies by her side, but she persevered, stating, “I went to class every day, literally until the day I gave birth to my two daughters, and honestly, I was determined to do it. to conclude.”
